Our Products Come with Guarantees
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to:
- A replacement or refund for a major failure
- Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage
- A repair or replacement if goods fail to be of acceptable quality (and the failure does not amount to a major failure)
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

- We review and accept - Your order is confirmed when we send a confirmation email
- We process payment - Payment must clear before we ship
- We fulfill your order - Items are packed and dispatched
Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to accept or decline orders for reasons including:
- Payment issues
- Product availability
- Suspected fraud
- Pricing errors
If we cannot fulfill your order, we will notify you and refund any payment received.
Pricing
- Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) (For client in Australia only)
- Prices for rest of the world will be displayed based on their region setting.
- Prices include GST where applicable
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout - "Free Shipping on all orders Australia Wide"
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors
Payment
You agree to:
- Provide valid payment information
- Ensure sufficient funds are available
- Pay all charges including taxes and shipping

Credit card, debit card, PayPal (processed securely via Shopify Payments)
5. Shipping & Delivery {#shipping}
Shipping Policy
- Free shipping Australia-wide on all orders
- Standard delivery: 5-7 business days (metro areas), 7-10 business days (regional)
- Carriers: Australia Post, CouriersPlease
- Tracking: Provided via email once dispatched
- Fulfillment time: within 1- 2 business days
Delivery Delays
While we aim to meet delivery estimates, we are not liable for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Customs processing
- Weather or natural disasters
- Events beyond our control
Risk of Loss: Once we hand your order to the carrier, risk of loss transfers to you.
ACL Note: If goods are damaged in transit or never arrive, you may have rights under ACL consumer guarantees.
6. Returns, Refunds & Consumer Guarantees {#returns}
Your Statutory Rights (ACL)
If goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law, including:
- Repair, replacement, or refund (depending on the issue)
- Compensation for damages and losses
These rights apply regardless of our voluntary return policy.
Our Voluntary Return Policy (Change of Mind)
For non-faulty goods, we offer:
- 30-day change of mind returns
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached
- Customer pays return shipping
- Refund issued once items are received and inspected

Important: Change of mind returns are a voluntary service and do not affect your ACL rights for faulty goods.
7. Consumer Guarantees - What You're Entitled To
Under the Australian Consumer Law, our products must:
- Be of acceptable quality
- Match the description we provide
- Be fit for any purpose you tell us about
- Match any sample or demonstration model
If we fail to meet these guarantees, you can choose:
- Major failure: Refund or replacement
- Minor failure: Repair or replacement (our choice)
How to Make a Claim:
Email contact@cnbd.com.au with your order number, photos of the issue, and a description of the problem. We will respond within 2 business days.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website (images, text, logos, designs) is owned by CNBD or our licensors and protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws.
You May:
- Browse and shop for personal use
- Share product links on social media
You May Not:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content
- Use our images or descriptions for commercial purposes
- Scrape or data mine our website
