Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer free shipping in Australia?

Yes! We offer free nationwide shipping on all orders across Australia. Your premium denim will be delivered straight to your door at no extra cost. We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your location.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! International shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please allow additional time for customs processing for international orders.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real-time. If you haven’t received tracking information within 2 business days of ordering, please contact us at contact@cnbd.com.au.

What if my order hasn’t arrived?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please check your tracking information first. If the tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received it, check with neighbours or your building reception. Contact us immediately if you still can’t locate your parcel and we’ll investigate with the courier.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day free returns policy on all Australian orders. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. We want you to love your CNBD denim/jeans, so if it’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

How do I return an item?

To initiate a return:
1. Contact our customer service team at contact us within 30 days of delivery
2. We’ll provide you with a prepaid return label (for Australian orders)
3. Pack your item securely with original tags attached
4. Drop off at your nearest Australia Post location
5. You’ll receive your refund within 5-7 business days after we receive your return

Can I exchange an item for a different size or colour?

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order. This ensures you get your preferred item as quickly as possible.

What items cannot be returned?

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear or items that have been worn, washed, altered, or are missing original tags. Sale items may have different return conditions - please check at time of purchase.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once we receive and process your return at our warehouse, refunds are issued within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for your bank to process the refund.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Afterpay. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption for your protection.

Is it safe to shop on CNBD.shop?

Absolutely. Your security is our priority. We use industry-leading SSL encryption to protect your personal and payment information. We never store your complete credit card details on our servers.

Can I use Afterpay?

Yes! Shop now and pay later with Afterpay. Split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments, due every 2 weeks. Simply select Afterpay at checkout. Available for orders between $50-$2,000 AUD.

How do I apply a discount code?

Enter your promo code in the discount field at checkout before completing payment. The discount will be applied to your order total automatically. Please note: discount codes cannot be applied to orders after they’ve been placed.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

We process orders quickly to get your denim to you fast! Contact us immediately, if you need to cancel or modify your order. If we haven’t shipped it yet, we’ll do our best to help. Once shipped, you’ll need to use our returns process.

I didn’t receive an order confirmation email. What should I do?

Check your spam/junk folder first. If you still can’t find it, contact us at contact@cnbd.com.au with your order details and we’ll resend your confirmation.

Sizing & Fit

How do I find my perfect size?

Each product page includes a detailed size chart with measurements in centimetres. We recommend measuring your favourite pair of jeans and comparing to our size guide. Our denim is true to size, but if you’re between sizes, we suggest sizing up for comfort.

Do your jeans stretch?

It depends on the fabric technology: -
Comfort Stretch: Slight stretch for all-day wearability, returns to shape.
High Stretch: Maximum flexibility and movement.
Rigid Cotton: Authentic vintage denim with minimal stretch.
Chambray: Lightweight with natural give

What’s the difference between Comfort Stretch and High Stretch?

Comfort Stretch offers subtle flexibility for everyday comfort while maintaining structure. High Stretch provides maximum movement and flexibility, perfect for active lifestyles. Check individual product descriptions for fabric details.

Do you offer plus sizes?

Yes! We believe premium denim should be for everyone. Our Big Men’s collection offers extended sizing up to 5XL. We’re committed to inclusive sizing across all our collections - from Mini Me to Big Men’s.

What inseam lengths do you offer?

Inseam lengths vary by style. Most of our jeans come in regular, long, and short lengths. Check individual product pages for specific measurements. Need a custom length? Visit one of our stockists for professional alterations.

Where is CNBD jeans designed and manufactured?

All CNBD apparel is designed in Melbourne, Australia by our local design team. Manufacturing takes place in offshore at our family-owned, ethically certified facilities (WRAP, BSCI, and ISO certified). This allows us to combine Australian design innovation with skilled craftsmanship and competitive pricing.

Are your products ethically made?

Yes, ethical production is core to our values. Our manufacturing facilities are WRAP, BSCI, and ISO certified, ensuring fair labour practices, safe working conditions, and environmental responsibility. We’re committed to sustainable, responsible fashion.

How do I care for my CNBD denim/jeans?

To keep your jeans / denim looking its best:
- Wash inside out in cold water
- Use mild detergent, avoid bleach
- Air dry or tumble dry on low heat
- Iron inside out if needed
- Wash less frequently to preserve color and shape

What’s the difference between Rigid Cotton and Comfort Stretch denim?

Rigid Cotton is authentic, traditional denim with minimal stretch - perfect for that vintage, lived-in look.
Comfort Stretch includes a small amount of elastane for flexibility and all-day comfort while maintaining a premium denim feel.

Do your jeans fade?

Natural fading is part of denim’s character! Darker washes will fade over time with wear and washing, creating unique patterns. To minimize fading, wash in cold water, inside out, and less frequently. Rigid Cotton styles develop authentic vintage fading.

Account & Membership

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses, view order history, and checkout faster on future purchases.

How do I create an account?

Click “Login/Sign Up” at the top of any page, then select “Create Account”. Enter your email and create a password. You can also create an account during checkout.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Click “Login” then “Forgot Password”. Enter your email address and we’ll send you a password reset link. Check your spam folder if you don’t see it within a few minutes.
