At Cotton & Blue Denim (CNBD), we're committed to getting your premium Australian-designed denim to you quickly and safely. We ship to customers across Australia and internationally.

Australian Shipping

Free Shipping Australia-Wide

All orders within Australia qualify for FREE SHIPPING – no minimum purchase required.

Shipping Carrier

All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post.

Processing & Dispatch Times

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM AEST (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched the same business day
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM AEST or on weekends/public holidays will be dispatched the next business day

Delivery Timeframes (Business Days)

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • Major Cities (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide): 2-5 business days
  • Regional Areas: 3-7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5-10 business days

Delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. You can track your parcel through the Australia Post website.

International Shipping

International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Selected shipping method

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Important: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are determined by your local customs authority.

CNBD complies with all international shipping regulations and provides accurate customs declarations for all international shipments.

International Tracking

Tracking is available for all international orders. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched.

Order Processing

Business Days

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding Australian public holidays.

Pre-Order Items

If your order contains pre-order or made-to-order items, your entire order will be held until all items are ready to ship, unless otherwise arranged.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. CNBD is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

Australia

If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit within Australia, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with Australia Post to resolve the issue.

International

For international orders, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date if your parcel has not arrived or arrives damaged. We will assist with lodging a claim with Australia Post.
