1992: Where It All Began
Our story starts in 1992, when our father opened a small garments material shop. With nothing but determination and a deep respect for quality, he supplied raw materials i.e trims, embellishments, threads, buttons, rivets, and zippers to local garment manufacturers.
Every spool of thread. Every button. Every zipper. He understood that great garments start with great materials.
This wasn't just business. It was the foundation of a family legacy built on quality, trust, and craftsmanship.
1998: Expanding the Craft
By 1998, our elder brother saw an opportunity to take our family expertise further. He launched a needle loom business, manufacturing and supplying greige materials like ribbons, twill tape, webbing, drawstrings, and jacquard to growing garment industry.
We weren't just suppliers anymore. We were manufacturers controlling quality from raw material to finished product.
This vertical integration gave us something rare in the industry: complete control over craftsmanship.
2002: The Leap Into Manufacturing
In 2002, our entire family made the bold decision to jump into garment manufacturing. We started small factory making uniforms for local coffee shops, drivers, and school uniforms.
Every stitch taught us something new. Every uniform refined our process. We learned what real families needed: durable, comfortable, well made clothing that could withstand daily life.
Quality became our obsession. Not just good enough built to last.
2005: Mastering Denim
By 2005, we found our calling: denim.
We began manufacturing premium denim clothing for European and USA brands, mastering the art of crafting jeans, shorts, skirts, and dresses that met the highest international standards.
For nearly two decades, we perfected our craft behind the scenes learning every detail of denim construction, fabric technology, fit engineering, and ethical production.
We became the trusted manufacturers for brands around the world. But we always knew we had more to offer.
2024: Cotton & Blue Denim is Rebranded.
After 30+ years of manufacturing excellence, we launched Cotton & Blue Denim (CNBD)our own family brand.
